Our ice cream has no artificial additives, colours or preservatives. Each Guernsey cow's health is monitored daily.
The milk is constantly tested and goes straight from the milking parlour to our kitchens.
Then its' cooked into award winning ice cream that we sell all over the South of England.

The kitchens have to come up to strict hygiene standards. Milk and cream are notoriously tricky to
control, but as our milk does not have to travel off the farm, it is cooled and cooked within the same day.

The most popular flavours are vanilla, chocolate and honeycomb. Why we are better than the rest?
Because our ice cream is made with clotted cream and fresh whole milk.
A great deal of ice cream that is sold in the UK is made with skimmed milk, whey, vegetable oils and a handful
of artificial additives, but you can be confident that our product has been made with absolute care and conviction.
The flavours are top quality. The fruit is real and the chocolate that we use is only the best.

From the last days in March as the weather warms up, the cows go out each day until the weather gets chilly.
After this they come indoors again, and are bedded down in straw over Winter.
There are over a hundred milk yielding cows currently on the farm. This is a manageable number.
Too many cows and the farmer will not have time to study them all. New stock is born on the farm.
The cows are not fed unnecessary supplements. Everything they eat is natural and have constant access to water.
In the dairy, the staff are trained in hygiene and have to take regular food handling certificate exams.
